Anonymous wrote:To me, it's getting unbearable. It's just as annoying and disgusting as cigarette smoke used to be. I rarely encounter someone smoking cigarettes now but it's like we replaced that with weed. It's everywhere. I've even smelled it in lobbies of office buildings.

It’s not always that people are smoking while out. They reek of the smell from smoking at home. It permeates everything…. clothes, hair, purses. I was at giant and got on an elevator with a fellow shopper who just reeked of pot. Made me want to vomit.

I was in favor of legalization… but can’t we have something in between “go to jail for years” and “everywhere you go smells like pot”? Make it illegal to use in public and enforce that. AT LEAST enforce no pot smoking while driving (or in cars at all, a la open container laws).
