Does anyone else have the message saying the queue has been temporarily paused??

They did not say, do not use your phone. I made sure to use my phone since that's where the link in the text was sent.

They said it works best on a computer. It was on the countdown screen.

It still didn't say, "do not use your phone." I always use my phone. I've bought tickets successfully through Verified Fan for TS, twice, while using my phone. I use desktop mode. *shrugs*

What's happening? The queue hasn't budged in ages.

Philly 5/14 completely stalled and button isn’t even to halfway point. Giving up and going to put the money towards some underrated local bands.

I emailed myself the link, and then clicked the link on my computer. But I'm still stuck at 1/3 through the queue so what do I know?

They actually did. In the email. It says they highly recommend using a laptop or desktop. There is no difference between following the link from a phone and tying the same link into a computer. As long as you use the correct link with the correct account.
