I know this is The Notebook…

But piggybacking on a post from another PP, in Ever After “A fish may love a bird, senor, but where would they live?”
“Then I shall have to make you wings….”

….and then the next scene when Prince Henry sees Danielle as she enters the masquerade ball dressed beautifully in her mother’s dress, with Wings!

For sure the Sound of Music, when Julie Andrews and Christopher Plummer dance in the gazebo

Maria and the Captain don’t dance in the Gazebo, that Rolph and Liesel. Maria and Georg dance outside of the party.

Yes they do.
“somewhere in my youth…or childhood…I must have done something good”

Ever After—
When Danielle goes to court to “pay the debt” on Maurice (servant) and brings him back home…the reunion between this man and his wife (and their servant friend) always moves me to tears.

On New Girl, when Nick said that he loved Jess, and she heard the entire thing on the elevator.

For me it was when she found the bill with his name on it.

The BOOK though….he was always looking

The look on his face when he opens the cover and sees her name! Not wanting to hurt his fiancee, but knowing it was "the resolution of all the fruitless searches."

See what I did there?

Haha! Well played!

Paul Rudd and Alicia Silverstone in several moments in Clueless. Plus, somehow makes it not weird that they are brother and sister 🤭

Yep, it's this.

A beautiful scene to say I love you without saying I love you.

I actually like the scene leading up to this one best-- where the scene jumps back and forth between Keira. Knightley and James McAvoy getting dressed for dinner, with Keira touching up her lipstick and James typing the letter to her.... so great.
