I mean, we knew this, but it’s nice to see it validated.
Yep. There is no support for ICE. Even my conservative friends are upset and pissed off. ICE will be defunded and its responsibilities will be moved to other governments agencies.
Nonsense. ICE was given record funding. There is no chance of them being defunded.
Schumer and Jefferies are about to get marched into a box canyon again by their crazy base and forced to back defunding law enforcement again. This is incredible!

Verdict: not guilty of anything.
Oh jeez. Have you ever seen those first amendment videos where the people recording are straight up dicks to police and the people they record? Most of the time the police are professional and follow protocol.
ICE's protocol seems not to even try to deescalte. And police would never record with their cell phone and stand in front of a car. Not to mention the other approaching aggressively, swearing, and trying to open her car door right off the bat.
The behavior is allowed and encouraged. So horrible it led to a shooting/murder.
Taunting and shouting is allowed. Obstruction of them isn’t nor is using car as a battering ram. Per neighbors, the whole street was clogged with traffic due to their car blocking a significant portion of the street. There were 6+ ice vehicles and more personnel trying to get through. They were on duty with other missions planned for the day and her car was significantly slowing traffic. They were within reason to tell her to move and arrest her when she wouldn’t.
Driving your car into officers also isn’t allowed or part of a peaceful protest. Even if he shouldn’t have been in front of her car, that doesn’t give her permission to run him over and drag the other guy at her window along. Whether use of deadly force was reasonable - I don’t know. But her attempting to drive away when she did was illegal and dangerous, and not reasonable. Needs to be hashed out in court
FYI, there are NUMEROUS videos of ICE using their vehicles as battering rams.
It’s called a TVI or PIT. Many LE organizations train that maneuver and employ it against suspect vehicles on the street.
Ehhh, battering rams against humans. In much more precarious scenarios than supposedly scared the snowflake Jonathan Ross.
In a previous incident, Ross was injured while in the same position his partner is in here. Not just protecting himself, but his partner.

She was using a deadly weapon in the attempt and that gave a reasonable fear of death / great bodily injury to all of the nearby officers, not just the one in front of her. A frame from his video posted showed her looking directly at him yet she still drove forward. How is this different from a suspect trying to shoot their way out of arrest?
ICE has no authority to order her out of the car. ICE has no authority to arrest her. Try to get that through your thick skull.

Google “can ICE detain a U.S. citizen if they interfere.”
ICE can not "detain a US citizen" The Constitution says so!
