You challenge someone’s claimed figures. The evidence is provided, so now you shift it to accusation of staff and quantity of coaches.

Other club threads on this site are full of people asking about coaching slates. It would appear this is a widespread issue among most clubs.

OK so the consensus here is that valor is not planning on posting the coach slate at all? They are going to pretend like not having coaches after tryouts have begun is normal?

Its entertaining how fast the valor employee jumps in with coach resumes or pretending to be multiple happy parents. maybe the valor staff needs to focus on hiring some decent coaches for next year instead of trying to sock puppet up in here.

My kid plays for him now and we really like him. He's good with the kids and they seem to listen to and respect him. He can be tough at times but not in a mean or condescending way and he gets results. He also seems to connect with the kids and has a good balance of fun and travel appropriate skill building. I am hopeful my kid can move to the top team to stay with him next year.

*Also, did I wait an appropriate amount of time to post for those thinking everyone on here is a shill or valor staff?*

I think its fair to discuss the negative of the situation without specifically discussing his kid. HE was asked to be a parent coach of the third team last year, the second team this year, and the first team next year, and he coaches his kid on his team. so draw your own inferences.

When did he coach for Westfield? He doesn't coach there now.
