He has a lot of ambition for the club and does not always achieve his objectives, but he is trying. His biggest challenge is communications with player and parent. He will engage when you go out of the way to extract information, but you need to change your expectations for how he operates vs expecting him to tailor his communications to the player or parent needs. Sounds great, but coaching boys and girls is different. Also does he favor his child over more deserving players?
