She clerked for a well regarded appeals court judge, worked at a top tier firm and then also worked as an assistant us attorney. Those are considered very strong credentials in the legal world, especially for someone being appointed as a judge.

She was also rated as "unqualified" by the ABA and has just produced a brief that has little basis in facts or reality, that is being panned by serious jurists on both the left and right.
