Any attorney out there with an active top secret clearance would be one who is representing the government, no?
Either that or the Special Master would only have authorization to review any documents that are not classified. I don't think judges have power to get around that, do they?
One wag on Twitter pointed out that Obama has had all the relevant clearances. Hillary Clinton had pretty high clearances too.

SCOTUS
SCOTUS hasn’t weighed in yet, dumbass.
But that aside, SCOTUS is barely hanging on to it’s last shreds of legitimacy. Anyone who isn’t a total FedSoc unprincipled hack who thinks this decision isn’t necessarily wrong?
Yes they have dumbass.

Trump will grant him the clearances, the judge will approve it and DOJ will fall in line. Yeah Trump is not president and he does not have the power to do that but as long as the judge goes along with it…after this is it really a bridge too far?
We are way past law and order. Wait till November. The courts are packed with republicans judges. It is going to be ugly and shockingly open.
Trump can’t grant clearances anymore.
So says you but the trump judges will see it differently. You understand trump does not have executive privilege but the judge says he does.

Stalin like doing this. You promote someone who is totally unqualified for the position. They will remain lay to you because they know the only reason they are in the position is because of you.
Are you a lawyer, or familiar with the legal field? She seems to have pretty standard qualifications for becoming a judge.
