Ludicrous. It will be overturned. Another rogue judge appointed by Biden. He did so much damage to this country.
Many Trump appointed judges have ruled against his administration in his second term. Are they “rogue” judges as well?
A few of the decisions I have agreed with. This one is egregiously bad.
Anonymous wrote:They seem to only be going after the immigrants who are easy to round up like those at construction job sites and in restaurants. Also, nabbing them at immigration court but I haven't seen any stories of ICE agents waiting outside of criminal court proceedings to grab up those people. No stories of ICE convoys rolling into known MS13 gang neighborhoods in CA, DC, MD, VA, etc.
Why is that?
It's obvious that ICE is helping Trump pad his numbers, but also, it looks like they are doing it because the ICE agents are scared. The most some construction or restaurant workers will do is run. That'll give the agents some cardio for the day. But in the gang neighborhoods? The ones full of MS13 - those guys will fight back. ICE knows this and doesn't want to engage.
So they'll pad their numbers with the low-hanging fruit. Trump can boast about how many illegals he deported, and then when an actual illegal criminal commits a crime, Trump can shrug his shoulders and say something like, "It's because Biden let so many in. Look how many I got rid of! And there are still so many bad guys to round up."

Typical Democrat.
Cheering anything negative when it comes to law enforcement. Pretty sick.
You folks cannot stand rule of law.
It’s pretty sick what Trump tried to do. He wanted to dump them on South Sudan. That’s pretty much equal to dumping them in the middle of a desert with no food, water or shelter.
A judge ordered the plane not to depart before these men were given opportunity to assert their right to appeal. Trump ignored the rule of law like usual.
Once they took off anyway, they had two options. The first was to return to the United States. The second was to land at a US army base in Djibouti. Trump told them to go to Djibouti. If they had done the right thing and returned to the US they wouldn’t be at risk right now for serious illness or being killed.
A bunch of Fox News reporters running these departments and we wonder why things like this happen.
The ICE agents could have gotten a respectable jobs. It’s hard to feel bad for them.

Plus, if they work super hard and falsely arrest enough people they might get a promotion to senior scumbag.
I just wonder what they tell their families they do for a living.
Their occupation is undoubtedly more honorable than what you do. IF you are actually employed

They are not required to identify themselves to anyone other than the individual they are detaining, and only if it is safe and practical to do so.
ICE agents can arrest people in public spaces without a warrant.
That may be true, but given the new ICE arrest quota of 3000 per day, the optics of these tactics are going to eventually turn the majority of the public against ICE and potentially the Trump administration. It’s not a good look, even if it’s legal.
Haven’t people here been touting that Trump is deporting less people than Biden?
Fewer.
