Most teams are winding down now unless there’s a playoff situation. Summer programs are starting up again over next few weeks.

The base rate was about 7k a few years ago. There are some extra positions and programs that could add more. And some clubs have perks, like your kids can play for free. Not bad if you have 3 kids int he program.

CC at 40k per team. Why else join VRSC? They’re so poor all they have is money. And their fanbase and bootlickers literally are happy bragging about buying up players and coaches from FCV saying they’re saved thanks to them and when arguments run thin their best reason to stay at that mid organization is because they “have a nice facility”

It’s usually broken out in the club fees section when you’re signing up. 4-5 years ago at FCv it was like $12,500

Couple coaches are well-known drunkers

They were let go awhile ago. Heard they went to Valor and Loudoun so enjoy.

Word got out and people are sharing it on social media. Also the fact that it’s a ripoff to ask people crazy money to be ‘trained’ by college kids without experience or qualifications leading to trash sessions and subpar organization at the youngest ages.

Seriously. VRSC has some of the best training sessions/instructional coaching my player has ever gotten out if the 4 clubs we've tried out practices with or played at. Loudoun was probably the worst honestly. We've still yet to run into these supposedly college kid trainers running teams the trolls keep posting around in different threads about.

my kid is U11 at loudoun and has had four different coaches in three years. all of them fresh out of college and were with the club for one season.

Sounds about right. Happy you got out. We don't miss it there. We were invited to ID with a top team at Loudoun awhile ago and was severely underwhelmed by the practice and my player said it was boring. Unfortunately that seems to be the standard for most clubs around here.

All clubs are the same. It is sad.

Unfortunately the whole country is like this. America is pay to play soccer and it sucks. Some clubs are definitely better and others worse though for development over collecting as much money as possible with no real return. VRSC is one of the better clubs imo. There are many MUCH worse options in the DMV.

coaches make maybe $5k a team if they are lucky last I heard.
