I would agree with pp though lacrosse peaked as a whole in NOVA about 10ish years ago. Easiest metric is probably the amount of D1 commits there were and the level of programs they were going to. Still a few teams that have a guy or two that are legit. Not much depth though and a lot of very bad teams.
Still a lot of fun competitive games and the effort is still as good as ever. Still really enjoy watching every spring. Thankful for all the refs and coaches keeping it going.
