HOW DO PLEA BARGAINS WORK?
Plea bargains in Virginia usually work in one of these three ways:

1. In a “sentencing” arrangement, a defendant pleads guilty or no contest to a charge in exchange for a reduced or alternative sentence.

2. In a “charge” arrangement, a defendant pleads guilty to a lesser charge, and the original greater charge is dropped. For example, a first-time DUI offender may be offered a dismissal of the DUI charge in exchange for a guilty plea to a reckless driving charge.

3. In a “count” arrangement, a defendant pleads guilty to one or more charges, and in exchange, the court will dismiss any other charges.

I don’t understand what you’re getting at.

Are you intentionally being difficult?

Juliana admitted to shooting the fatal bullet after JR Had already been immobilized by a shot to the eye from Brendan Banfield. She is not innocent, and should have taken a plea but is young and dumb.

DP here. I’m not saying anything about her being innocent of anything. In the linked article above it states she shot the weapon towards JR who was on the ground and didn’t know if it hit him.
We do also know it did hit him but it was also stated that both shots were fatal and it couldn’t be determined which one actually ended up killing him. Juliana is in jail awaiting trial because she is the one who spoke to police. Even the judge stated that.

At the hearings, more details came out. More than in the article. Joe had been shot in the eye by BB. A second bullet entered the chest.

Wonder if JPM is feeling as devoted?

How is her lawyer, paid for by BB, advising her NOT to accept a plea, not a conflict of interest?

Oh, I've been out of it. There are charges and an imminent trial?

Au Pair trial in July.

How did the wife die?

There seem to be three major theories:
-Wife was stabbed by a man she met on a fetish site. She arranged to have sex with him and involve knife play. Husband arrives home triggered by nanny's call and discovers the killing taking place.
-Husband stabbed the wife and manipulated the nanny and the stranger. Husband kills wife and husband convinces nanny to kill the man from the fetish site.
-Something in between, where the husband was aware of the sexual encounter and used that as a cover to kill his wife.

I didn't use names because you don't seem familiar with the case, not out of disrespect

You don't understand that plea bargains are offered in exchange for cooperation by the Commonwealth and elsewhere?

The goal all along has been to get her to flip to strengthen the case they haven't charged yet in exchange for a more favorable deal.

So far she has not done so, thus her trial is still scheduled.

How do we know her lawyer is advising her not to take a plea deal?

See post above about case going to trial at end of July.

Had she taken a plea that would not be proceeding.

What would the plea have been? Guilty? I’m confused.

White male privilege strikes again.

Seriously so I guess you can get as many dangerous speeding tickets as you want risking peoples lives and it’s OK as long as you have the money to do so. Wow!
