The SM will need to give Trump the opportunity to review the documents before the SM can entertain privilege claims. The wildcard is whether DOJ will seek leave for an emergency appeal.

1. I don’t have any classified documents.
2. Ackshually they’re my documents.
3. You should have asked for the documents.
4. The FBI planted the documents.
5. I declassified the documents.
6. I needed the documents for a memoir.
7. The FBI didn’t need a warrant because I was cooperating
8. The FBI dumped the documents on the floor and made a mess.
9. I needed the documents for my library.
That didn’t take long!

I know the exceptions for an unannounced warrant are very narrow, and and infringement of 4A rights if not followed.
Not sure what point you’re trying to make. A judge can approve a “no knock” warrant under limited circumstances. Otherwise law enforcement must “knock and anniunce” prior to obtaining entry. Neither of these strictly speaking apply here. The FBI had to jump through a hurdle of contacting USSS. Not sure if it was the FBI, USSS or MAL staff who contacted a Trump attorney.

At this rate it’s going to be Mike Flynn.
