If you were not the previous poster, perhaps it should not pertain to you, and need to be addressed by you, unless you are part of the has been/never were crew who needs to live their sporting dreams through their child.

All that said, it's been my experience at Revolution that a lot of the parents are unrealistic and have extremely poor attitudes. Not all, mind you, but many do.

No the op but I think you read too much into the "we" or took it too literally. When my wife and I had kids I as well as her would say "we" just had a child even though obviously it was her but when you're together in a journey I think we is perfectly fine. As far as my kid i would say "we" have high aspirations as well because it is her dream and my assistance and support comes from us running together, us training in the backyard, us training at the field etc. Just because you know of those that live vicariously through their kids doesnt mean we all do.
