"We"?
Not sure that's accurate as far as the coach market. Otherwise, any new to a club coach would be a secret until June when the season ends and clubs want commitments from players way before June.
Valor tryouts are next week. Everyone expects to know the coach prior to tryouts and accepting an invite.
Yeah that sounds like some BS. Last year at least one lead coach was still coaching at a different club and they had no problem announcing them before tryouts.

Many do 3 fine; but in general I agree it's hard to give full attention to more than 2 so one will get much less attention.

Anonymous wrote:Why do they have such a hard time finding coaches compared to other orgs? Low pay? Difficult management? My kids have never played Valor so no dog in this fight-just curious.

I see you still don’t know the difference between pointing out flaws in parents’ arguments versus defending the club. So now you want to nitpick at something else that you seem to think you won a “gotcha” moment.
“Recently” may be ambiguous. I’ve been in NoVA, but moved to the vicinity of Valor before the start of the 25-26 season. I’ve had my experience at another club. It’s not that different, except the parents are less whiny. At least, online.
My motivation for being at Valor was clear. It is a short drive. Does that sound like I’m defending this club?
I think the flaw in your logic is that people are making "arguments" that you think you are cleverly (??) defeating. The only person trying to argue is you. Other posters are making observations and comments. There is nothing to argue about! Its a fact that Valor hasn't posted their coach slate yet.
If you love yourself some Valor, great. Everyone else hates Valor? Also great for you because your kids will easily get on to the top team and you can continue to enjoy whatever it is about Valor that you like (the short drive, apparently).
