Alito is now the new Hitler, the new Mussolini.
I will not have my liberty downgraded because he is a sexist pig.
I will not be willingly enslaved.
Just move to Maryland or DC. Problem solved.
Not if there's a nationwide ban.
Very unlikely to happen. Abortion wasnt illegal throughout the US before RvW so it doesnt logically follow that it will be banned after.
Abortion wasn’t politicized before the way it is now. Sure Catholics opposed it but it wasn’t a core tenet of right wing ideology until later
Pre-1980's Catholics practiced what they preached. They also didn't impose their religion on to others the way the Evangelicals are now.
There is scant evidence this has happened due to anyone's religion. Many people believe abortion is murder and they have concerns with murder for many reasons, some moral and some practical.
But they are fine with the death penalty
And they don't give a damn about the kid's life once he is born. The numbers of kids going into orphanages, foster homes, abusive and dysfunctional households will skyrocket.

The Constitution recognizes citizenship at birth. Not what you said.
Keep pretending a baby isn’t alive before he or she is born. You’re doing a fine job making pro-choice people look bad.
You have it backwards. You inability to let people live their lives as they see fit, imposing YOUR religious beliefs on to others is unconstitutiuonal. You need to own your tyranny for what it is.
I’m pro-choice. Claiming babies aren’t alive before they’re born is insane.
The point is, the US Constitution wasn't silent on what constitutes "citizenship"
More important, if pro-choice people admit (as we do) that a late term fetus is "alive" then anti-Choice people should admit there is a pre-viability point at which a fetus is not alive, and that termination/choice should be totally fine. However, that isn't what we have now, is it?

CNN has declared a national ban on abortion "all but impossible."

Oh yeah? Weren't they also laughing at Trump in 2015, saying he couldn't be elected?
They were, even as they were helping him get elected!

DP... The old testament and Jewish faith also hold that life begins at birth.
But, that's not so much the issue. At what point does it have personhood? At what point does it have independent viability? To try and claim it has all of those things right at the moment of conception is also insane.
