Iranian officials confirmed that Israel carried out some of the recent drone attacks on energy and civilian sites in Gulf countries to provoke them into joining the war against Iran.
According to Iranian sources, some strikes on facilities in Saudi Arabia and Oman may have been conducted by Mossad, Israel’s intelligence agency, possibly using networks and drone warehouses inside Iran.
Tehran says it is trying to locate and dismantle these operations. Iran denies attacking Gulf energy facilities and argues that Israel is trying to sabotage improving relations between Iran and Gulf states and push them into direct confrontation with Tehran.
The war began after joint strikes by the United States and Israel that killed Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, prompting Iranian retaliation against US targets in the region.

Of course!
Did you people watch the video? She first asked about boots on the ground in general and then specifically asked about Israeli boots on the ground. At no point in this clip did she mention American boots on the ground. I’m sure you all want to read into it that way and you might be right. But that isn’t what was said and this is a misleading headline. This is the entire problem with the Internet people just spew out their opinions and everyone shares it uncritically.
Israel’s military is 176,000. Iran’s is 610,000. The US military is 1.3 million.
The math here is not hard.
Israel needs to bring at least 75,000 to the invasion. The US Army( 445,000) and Marines(168,000) are the forces that would go. Remember the 600,000 ish army and marines troops are not all combat forces. The army is about 10-15% combat arms the rest are combat support and service support roles. The marines are about 20% combat roles. So sending all active duty combat units would be about 100,000 US troops in combat units. There would of course be support troops.
The US will have to call up the reserves and National Guard to invade Iran. You can do it with just active duty members.
When planes start landing at Dover AFB with hundreds of US casualties, what then?

It’s hard to believe Iran only has 610k with a country of 90 million. Our numbers are also low.
I kinda think they’re going to send ice facility deportees over to fight for citizenship

Give it a chance. Once the Chinese and other actors stop laughing at the US and collect themselves they might decide that Trump has made the US weak enough to make moves.
Huh. That’s a new (and silly) one.
China is most assuredly not laughing about this. Don’t believe me? Try the WaPo: https://wapo.st/4usIC9I
The Washington post? They do not even have reporters anymore.
