I was able to buy AMC on ETrade twice today....

PP here and I don't know. I called them about 4pm and the automated message said they weren't trading GME or AMC. I never got a human so I can't verify any more than that.

Whether the rumor is true or not, I’d be concerned that the Reddit mob will find a way to exact revenge on Sequoia Capital.

Sounds like something PayPal would do.

The real lucky ones....hopefully.....are Gamestop employees with a lot of $5 stock options who exercised and immediately cashed them out north of $400. It will be interesting to see if any of the NEO's have cashed out in the last two days.

If they can't make a margin call, RH can legally sell their shares.

Margin buyers have very few rights.

The problem is that RH didn't even make the margin call. They straight up sold the positions at the bottom of the market.

RH also canceled overnight cash purchase orders of the single name equities. Totally crazy and unethical.

Bizarre!

Wow, I wonder if RH lent out retail customers' deposited cash? You need a banking license to do fractional reserve lending.

This is not anywhere close to the bottom of the market.

Not really. What they're getting is not getting shorted to bankruptcy. Which is good for them.
