That and her twins birthday is in exactly 31 days. Albert wasn't going to take them to South Africa and Charlene could protest about 'surgeries' all she wanted but it would not have been a good look. At least the little girl looks happier than she has for a long time.

It stinks she’s clearly deeply unhappy in her marriage, but in her situation she must stay if she wants to maintain access to her kids. Lots of people do things they don’t want to do (working multiple jobs, being married, not being married) because it’s for the good of the children. The difference is most to not have millions and millions of dollars to spend on help, lifestyle, and any single thing that would make their life easier or better or more entertaining. I have a tiny bit of sympathy for her because she clearly wants to be divorced, but after this child abandonment thing, I am not very empathetic. Nut up and be a parent or deal with a lifetime of guilt from truly abandoning your children.

I’m not saying I like the man but at least he’s with his children. Charlene chose to have kids with him. She chose to remain married to him. She left her kids almost a year ago. She is not being a good mother.

We knew she wanted out ever since the wedding as PP said it comes to her own well being and freedom or her children. She knows her children will be taken care of in Monaco better than they could’ve with her alone sadly.

Well yeah - she’s going to leave impoverished. But Sharon Stone already has $50 million of her own money. So it’s nothing for her to be wined and dined by him for a while…or a decade.

The kids are not allowed to leave Monaco without albert, and there’s even chatter of them being conceived via ivf.

Charlene tried to flee her wedding 3 times before the union became legal. Hence the crying at the wedding.

Charlene also has been allegedly been living in Nice, not Monacco since the wedding. Seems albert has complete control over the kids, but not Charlene.

There’s also a lot of chatter about some severe health diagnosis. Cancer wouldn’t be too far of a stretch

But why go to South Africa to be treated for cancer?

Perhaps she feels safer and more at home there than she does in Monaco and France? She probably still has family there as well as friends.

They should be with an attentive nanny, who will engage them in developmentally appropriate activities.. if no relative is heathy enough to engage in assume that responsibility.
