Jeez, Elrich looked appropriately cautious now, right?

Frankly MoCo reopening confuses me. Elrich has been going oddly slow on lower risk outdoor activities, but how we can have 50% capacity indoor dining?! Like why do we need that right now. Will be interesting to see how many people actually take advantage of that.

It's all Elrich. Look at him, and tell me what you think he spends more time doing - outdoor exercise or indoor dining?

Actually, he lost a lot of weight. Not going out to eat really helps.

I'm really glad MoCo is going slowly, judged by how crazy I see people acting and driving when a new phase opens up.

You want to stay closed until people learn to drive well? That Isnt related.

MoCo has not been moving forward on any metric- business growth, k-12 proficiency, tax revenue, Budget Mgmt - except crime and whining.

Just because HE is morbidly obese and would probably die from corona doesn’t mean I have to live with the same precautions as he does. Maybe if Marc Elrich could stay home in his own big house instead of insisting of getting all his favorite takeout food the rest of us could go out and live our lives without worrying about breathing on him the wrong way. I do NOT want the government to force me to live MY life at the lowest common denominator as obese people with health problems! Fat and unhealthy people can stay home and spare us the eyesores anyway. Let the rest of us out!

Preoccupied with weight much??

WTF is going on with this thread? Is there a full moon?

He and MCPS superintendent ARE morbidly obese. That’s a fact.
COVID severe cases and death rates amongst the obese are higher than if the opposite. That’s a fact.
No ones preoccupied with craziness except you Pp.

Fat shaming... nice going pp.
