I am still within the 2 week window for travel insurance. If I purchase it, it will cost $400, and then I’ll get my money back for cancelling for any reason (minus $900, I believe). So I will be out a total of $1300 between the cost of insurance plus the Co-pay or whatever they call it.
So what do I do? Buy the insurance? What are the chances that Disney cancels this? No way in hell am I getting on the ship. One of my kids has asthma and I do not want to screw around.

American will only waive change fees for specific countries. I did not buy travel insurance (only do the that int’l travel) but this is turning into a pandemic. I have chronic asthma this putting me at risk for complications.
American is waiving change fees for tickets where travel is from now through the 16th.

And it seems to be lost on you that travel is how this thing has made it to nearly 90 countries worldwide.
