Also, how does this help with inflation or any of the other issues facing our country?
Who do you think is paying for their medical care and public school services?
They are paying taxes. Clearly you don't understand that, but they are.
Their taxes do not cover the cost of heightened services they need in schools. Citizens are covering their ER medical costs.
According to this research, undocumented people pay more in taxes than the services they consume: https://www.kff.org/racial-e
Please cite your research.
That does not hold true in areas with large numbers of undocumented renters.
They still pay income taxes, payroll taxes, sales taxes, excise taxes, property taxes on vehicles, etc., and, if you understand economics, renters pay property tax indirectly because the landlord includes the cost of the property tax in the rent price.
They get free medical care and schooling at the expense of American taxpayers, I understand the desire to do better for your family but either we have laws as a country or we don't. Resources are not infinite, people are simply fed up, Americans have been generous for a very long time but it's not sustainable. This is not about being mean or nasty, it's just that this set up is simply not sustainable.
They pay the same taxes you do.
No, many of them do not. You are either extremely naive or being intentionally obtuse. When mom, dad, three kids or more, and grandma, grandpa and others live in a cheap apartment, mobile home or small rental, they are not paying the anount in taxes needed to support their medical care, birth of more babies, and all the supports they receive in the puvlic schools. .
Actual economics undermine your stereotypical false assumptions.
Come to Atlanta and check out schools and emergency rooms. I voted for Hartis, but I'm not going to deny what's happening. .

Not only do they pay the same taxes, but if they are undocumented, they don't get the benefits. So their productivity is a net positive to the US budget.
Go share your fairytale at the nearest public s hool with 60% or more ESOL kids.
This is a DIFFERENT ARGUMENT. We were discussing health care.

Chris Murphy said Noem is already over budget and will run out of $$ before the end of the fiscal year. She has also diverted $$ from other critical functions, like cybersecurity, which puts us at risk.
She is a danger to this country. This should scare the f out of everyone.
Aren't the women here illegally? Does being a woman exempt you from consequences of not following the law? Why wouldn't they be deported?
I don’t want to spend $$$$ for 25 armed men to violently attack a mother of a young child, even it could go after violent criminals. This admin admitted they’re going after low-hanging fruit because it’s cheaper than deporting violent criminals.
That you’re fine about it, shows how depraved and foolhardy about $$ too many Americans are right now. You’ve lost your humanity, which is a shame since 99% of Americans came from an immigrant family at one time.

Which taxes pay for healthcare? They are skipping out on the bill while Americans are ruined financially by medical debt.

They don't get free medical care, and certainly minimal if any medical care at all. With respect to schooling, would you rather those kids jusr roam the streets all day uneducated and causing trouble? Think of how many of those kids have gone on to be productive members of our society, paying taxes and raising families. Why is this a bad thing? The criminals? Sure, kick them out.
When they are using the Spanish-language interpreter at the emergency room, do you seriously expect us to believe they are ever going to pay the medical bills they rack up?
How about when an undocumented mother with no legal status in the U.S. (and no insurance), gives birth at a cost to the hospital of more than $50,000 - per child? The mother will pay back ZERO dollars.
