They don't get free medical care, and certainly minimal if any medical care at all. With respect to schooling, would you rather those kids jusr roam the streets all day uneducated and causing trouble? Think of how many of those kids have gone on to be productive members of our society, paying taxes and raising families. Why is this a bad thing? The criminals? Sure, kick them out.

When they are using the Spanish-language interpreter at the emergency room, do you seriously expect us to believe they are ever going to pay the medical bills they rack up?
