FCV have used futsal to recruit outside players for years. They have contacted parents during the season and even spoken to players after games

McLean and FCV are taking players from every club every year. FCV have added BRYC players since Mickey left

In the case of FCV, the DA clubs in the area have an agreement not to poach each other's teams. You don't see alot of movement of DA players from club to club like this.
In the case of McLean, you don't see alot of new players from area ECNL teams coming in, they typically come from lower level leagues/clubs.
The bolded above is hilarious! FCV absolutely talks to other DA players well ahead of the deadline.

Fake news. FCV has poached from area DAs every single year. They made offers to players months ahead of the DA acceptable window.

That's what BRYC has been for years, so what did anyone really expect?
I expect the same things that used to happen at bryc to now happen at vda.
