There is no way that as a woman I will say that a strange man at a party is responsible for me and my drinking and my behavior. He isn't. If I'm willingly making out with him that's on me. But if I'm passed out behind a dumpster and he is doing as he pleases with my passed out body - that is 100% on him. There is poor judgement and there is sexual assault.
