You're quite silly and probably don't have a child at a severely crowded school. The kids are packed like sardines and many are being left behind- particularly those who are advanced. These children didn't ask to be here and shouldn't be cheated because of ideology that promotes a la la land view of the world. If you want to martyr your kid then go ahead. I want my child to have a chance in life.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:See. Diehard liberals can't be helped. This fool is talking about helping the least among us. So... middle class people shouldn't support policies that helped them become middle class in generations past? "I've got mine, jack, so screw you?" It's not even altruism to want to help those behind you, because when the least do better, we all do.
We can't? Why not?
dont worry! We up here in north Arlington are staying put. We care about our kids' education and training here well-being. You guys down there go ahead and keep experimenting with your kids. I'm sure they'll appreciate it later on in life.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:More lies from fake liberals. This whole advertisement is code for- help! The illegals are taking over our schools. Please come share your ideas for Columbia Pike and South Arlington for the future. Lets further the interests of democracy. What better way than working to ensure that all groups are represented and that all the children of this county have equal access to the best this county can offer in terms of education.
If you are interested in contributing to the conversation the first meeting of this group is now Thursday May 28th at Carlyn Hallin Glen Carlyn 5711 4th Street South (because it is free, Arlington Mill was 30$) or Monday June 1st at 10 am at Rappohanoc Coffee, unless we get a ton of people on Thursday!
Simmer down there Crazy Pants. You're going to have an aneurysm. Why do you care anyway? You , who so brilliantly predicted the down fall of humanity and moved all the way up to the rarefied air of North Arlington. Please stay put.
