Things are progressing nicely over at TSJ.

- Revenue is beginning to flow.

- Outside coaches are inquiring about potential vacancies.

- The number of NEW ID session signups are so massive that the TSJ administrators are having to work through the night just to keep up with the demand.

- Social Media content is gaining momentum. Views and new followers are coming in at a record pace.

- New field space is being acquired daily.

- New alliances are being ACTIVELY discussed and a whole lot more.

TSJ is fast becoming the heartbeat of elite soccer training and development. Their facilities are now buzzing nearly 24/7, packed with professional players, top college athletes, elite ECNL/GA standouts, and the most talented U-littles from the DMV and across the country.

When clubs pick proper leadership big things happen.

Someone told me the offers were for a surprise. You have to pay your dues in full, plus a service fee, and then you get the opportunity to come to STJ and spin a big wheel to see where the marker lands and what team you will be on. Then you spend another wheel to see where you are going to practice each day of the week. Before you leave, you pick a number out of a hat to see which year you will be playing on.

STJ currently doesnt have access to the ASPIRE platform, nor do they have the player pool to support two different teams across separate pathways. The tryouts happening right now are specifically for STJ’s first season competing in ASPIRE.

If their GA teams have negative double digit scoring differential, a second team in aspire would have 3 digit.

Real question is, if they get demoted to Aspire, will they stay aspire or look to move the girls program to another platform?

we call that platform NCSL division 3

People have probably gotten offers by now. So what are they offering?

Dude the entire program is a knee jerk. You are better off lighting your money on fire than playing at TSJ. Families who play there get double disrespect because the kids are awful at soccer and the families have lit their money on fire.

Where are those teams going to practice? One reason so many players left was due to the STJ leadership taking away practice space for other sports and events. Families were getting knee jerked around and had to cancel practice or go to George Mason, which was not always garunteed.

“We have filled every ASPIRE team
Imaginable”

Yet, currently they don’t even have an Aspire platform. Anyone that went there for a GA ID and got offer just got fleeced.

To be parents reading this thread who accepted an offer. What did they tell you?

Has STJ announced whether they’ll be playing Aspire next season? Based on Coach Justin’s Instagram video posted last night, it sounds like they might only be participating in Aspire.

He 100 percent said every Aspire team is filled. It would be odd to offer second team placements before first team, right?

Yes weird he would say every Aspire team is filled but Monday every Academy team is filled.

Monday = not say

All of it makes no sense. Aspire at best next year. Teams are full but so much demand for 2nd ID. Barely enough kids to max out 1 roster per age group. Snake oil salesmen is all these people are.
