Clarification - Loudoun Soccer Club has had USL-Y for years.

Loudoun United (the semi-pro team which is owned by VRSC or something like that) just joined. So basically VRSC with a fancy Loudoun United name. SYC also just joined.

It's still a mystery....

Where is Riverbend posting anything of relevance? Their website looks pretty bare bones still.

Yeah seems like USL-Y would allow it for sure but how easily are you going to pull kids from the established teams is a better question. I guess this is the question surrounding everything about this new club though.

USL-Y does not care about market saturation LOL! They will happily take your fees.

You have to apply so I assume it's not a given? And there must be some sort of geographic considerations? They are trying to expand outside of their current zones.
