Headlines are meaningless. Why you ask? Let me tell you
• It doesn’t say what those jobs where
• It doesn’t tell where they were located
• It doesn’t indicated what type of experience was required
• It doesn’t tell anything about the racial makeup of who applied
These things matter because we might want to know how many of these jobs required one to pick and plant fruits and vegetables, we might want to know how many paid minimum wage and what that wage was, etc etc.

It's interesting that when the GOP did their "autopsy"--2008? 2012? I forget--the recommendation was to become more inclusive. They scrapped that idea.
The Dems seek inclusion by definition.
Maybe it's just that voters as a whole prefer simple answers, right or wrong.
However, there are strong arguments that it was Gaza that may have thrown the election, even if inflation was a major issue.

In my opinion, Democrats are committed to destroying the country. They overtax and spend massive levels of money on wasteful and fraudulent government programs, leading to deficits. Ignorant post. The top 10% of earners already pay 80% of the taxes. The US debt is $37 Trillion. All these billionaires wealth combined doesn’t break a Trillion. Capitalism and a free market economy has brought more people out of poverty than any economic system so far. The poorest Americans are doing a lot better than most of the people in the world. You have no idea what poor is.
Are they? Have you asked yourself why that is? I’ll give you a hint… Snap, SS, USAID, NGOs supported by governments and people. If you remove the above, how would the poor be fairing?

If you really see this as a “both sides” issue then you’ve got cognitive problems. One side overstepped with allowing trans athletes to compete in high school girls’ sports. The other side is throwing people into detention camps, scrapping or social safety net, and ending democracy. But yes… tell me how extremist Democrats are.

Psst. Democratic politicians are not focusing on normalizing immigrants and trans people right now. We have a Constitutional crisis on our hands.
