Terrible coach/person. Wouldn’t have either of my kids play for him. No clue why Arlington still has him on staff. He was pulled off the last team he had at the club before the end of the season and wasn’t given a team to coach this year. My only hope is that he attended additional training on how to work with/train kids and that is why he is being allowed to coach again.
You’ll be happy to know he’s running the show at TSJ, apparently he’s bringing a bunch of players and coaches over to save the program.
He’s bringing TSJ players to save Arlington?
Talking about two different JOs.

RP? Fired from NVA boys then ran out of NVA girls by Parents. He is the most stable of the new hires in Arlington though. That says something.

I see that Arlington is having a first RL tryout on the same day as a third ECNL tryout. If they don't have an ECNL offer are they supposed to attend both tryouts, or keep going to just ECNL and then to a later RL tryout if they don't get an offer for ECNL? I realize they likely know who they want already for ECNL, but DC has not been officially rejected (yet). Would be nice to have some closure on ECNL before knowing whether to attend RL tryouts.
Pro tip: if you play in Arlington’s RL, you have a 20% at best to play on the academy team at any point in the future.
