Why do people like you keep assuming Biden isn't doing his job or should step down? He has a month left. His teams are still working for the American people. He doesn't control the House and hasn't for two years, so whatever the send to him, he will likely sign.

They didn't last time. And the thing is, there's nothing wrong with this CR. It had 1500 pages of bipartisan spending for various needed things, added by both Rs and Ds. There's no problem with this CR except that Musk tweeted that he didn't like it.
If Johnson would let it get a vote, it would pass overwhelmingly. It's the only realistic option, but Johnson is too afraid of Musk.

Trump is backing this plan, but many of the GOP House members do not, at least not at the moment.
It supposedly suspends the debt ceiling for two years. I don’t think the democrats will support. Or a decent chunk of republicans either.
And again why suspend the debt ceiling if spending is going to be brought under control “on day 1”?
