She’s coached ECNL/DA as an assistant and RL as a head coach at the same time, Assistant in College, NPL (before it turned into the RL), CCL before it completely crumbled all before coming to VRSC. Plus she’s played Senior WNT soccer so it would seem she has experience at all of the highest levels.

Didn't know that, even more of a slap in the face for her then TBH. Hope she finds a better club if they don't give her a team.

I think it’s more of a slap in the face for you. Thinking you know everything.

She's not a bad coach, but yes, I don't believe she's coached above NCSL. I just find it strange to publicly list her as a GA coach but when leadership is asked who the coaches for which teams are, there is ZERO mention of a team for her.

Just to show the dysfunction already, they list JJ as a GA staff coach, VRSC made zero mention of her to be assigned to any GA teams.

Marvin is coaching all the teams.

This doesn’t ring true to me. First, given the massive upheaval at FCV, why would the 2011 GA players consider staying there regardless of who their particular new coach is? Second, once they decided that they didn’t want to stay with FCV (whether because of the coach or other reasons), why would they immediately sign up with VRSC and not also explore other options at the ECNL clubs or SYC? I’m not saying what you said isn’t true, just that I’m skeptical. Please elaborate.
it’s facts… we had former loudoun players who went to fcv at id sessions as soon as the news broke they disappeared

Most were fine wanting to stay together as a team, especially with ED being the coach. Sounds like more than half were retained with a handful leaving for other clubs.

None of the GA (first team) players are staying at FCV. I assume you mean “retained” by ED, who will be coaching at VRSC (not FCV) next year. Is he coaching the 2011 GA team? Who is coaching the other VRSC GA teams?

Word is that ED will be the 2011 GA coach, not publicly confirmed though.

How can players accept an offer to a team without an officially confirmed coach?

They trust it will happen. I believe they heard it from ED himself, so they're comfortable with that.

That’s part of what’s so revolutionary about Revolution! You commit first and find out who the coach is later! 😉

Just click on any team listed and the coach for the spring is posted.

Barry Henderson, Jimmy henriquez, Kayleigh shackford and Mikey Merino. Are these good adds?

Looks like some of those new coaches are already gone. That was fast. What happened?
