No.
My opinion is they shouldn't even be discussed. Noone should slander innocent Employees.
You are probably right that there are some innocent employees. Agree, and hope they come out of this clean and clear of any blame. I am not sure who you may be referring to or how you know they are innocent? As for some employees, victims had direct interaction with them, face-to-face, emails, phone calls and text messages. This information does not make them guilty, it does show that they were involved. This is what investigators are interested in. The issue for some employees is likely to be what they knew, when, for how long, and what was their level of participation? Only they can know if they knew what was going on and decided to support it, ignore it, or maybe had no choice. Correct, it is possible employees may have been victims in this too. Thankfully, this is what our legal system sorts out. Everyone gets to offer what they know so that it can be decided who was innocent or guilty. Appears you have knowledge of who was innocent. Great! hoping you are sharing that knowledge with authorities to help those that were innocent. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people with knowledge that may not help that claim of innocence and that is clearly being shared. Please do your part to help others. Thus far Omar has not stood up to take all the blame. He has indicated there is a something he knows that will explain it all but his lawyer will not allow him to speak on it. (this was his statements in the bankruptcy meetings). The good news is that innocent employees and contractors can protect themselves by saying what they know. They don't need anyone else to say they are innocent - they can prove it themselves.
