I used to always lose weight when we spent 7-10 days at Disney World. I guess Disney has the special European weight free food or it could be that we did more walking and less snacking,

Where in Europe did you visit?

Apparently not the UK.

As a population, they are as fat as the US if not fatter. So i think it has more to do with economics and access than anything else.

Many pesticides and chemicals — and plastics for packaging, I believe — that are ok in US are forbidden other places.

I eat more than my siblings, but eat almost 100% organic foods when at home. They rarely buy organic. They gain much, much easier and faster than I do. They also buy low-fat foods and more processed and/or packaged foods (eg, cut veg in a plastic bag that can be boiled or microwaved).

Organic food is expensive

We just eat a diet that’s mostly fat, simple carbs, and sugar and don’t walk much. Even our bread has sugar in it. All of that is going to increase inflammation. Reduce the sugar. Eat fewer simple carbs. Eat more protein so you’re satisfied between meals. Walk every day. Prioritize sleep.
