If your boss walked in on you when you were in your underwear and you asked them to leave and they refused and just stood there looking at you, would it matter to you if they weren't like turned on by looking at you? They might be doing it to humiliate you or simply to show you that you don't have the power to decide when they look at you and under what circumstances, even just to assert that you should be clothed before speaking to them. "And then, she also mentioned that I guess on day two, Jamey went into Blake's trailer. And she was like, 'Oh actually, I'm getting body makeup done. Well, you can come in if you don't look.' And apparently he was looking in her direction the entire conversation when she turned around."

This is the only account we have from Sachs about what was said about the trailer incident at the June 1 meeting, because in her deposition Sachs said she didn't remember anything that had been said at the meeting, and could only confirm that these texts had been sent to Ange contemporaneously and must have represented her perception at the time.

I cannot find the parts of Baldoni's deposition where he talked about this conversation in the June 1 meeting. It would be between p. 232 and p. 240 because the meeting is introduced as a subject on p. 232, but these pages appear to be under seal still.

So the only person saying that Lively said she knew Heath wasn't trying to "cop a look" is Heath. And he touches on it briefly while also saying he doesn't remember the underlying incident at all, even though everyone else involved (Blake, the MUA and the hairdresser) all have fairly strong memories of the incident.

Yes this. All of their disdain was directed at Justin and never Heath b/c this was never about SH, it was always about control. Now that Blake’s case against Justin is falling apart, they’re pivoting to Jamey, but the contemporaneous evidence does not support that Blake felt harassed by Heath.

There is a bunch of contemporaneous evidence of Blake being unhappy with Jamey, including texts with Jenny Slate and Liz Plank.

Blake obviously interacted more closely with Justin because he was her costar and director. You are never going to be as intimate with someone who is a producer on the set as with someone you are actually in scenes with (portraying a couple) or the person directing those scenes.

Jenny even says at some point in a text with her agent or manager that she knows she has to deal with Justin until the film is out, because he's the director, but that she never wants to see Heath again.

They were equally unhappy with both of them but it was easier to avoid Jamey most of the time than to avoid Justin, especially for Blake.

But all three women are not in fact saying the same thing. These are widely different accounts. Blake is not even remembering if the trailer was unlocked so she’s implying that someone could’ve let him in. I get it. It was a long time ago, but saying that these three women have the same accounts is just not accurate at all.

Was the trailer locked and someone opened it and told him to come back later? That is implied in one of these accounts. Or did he knock and someone told him from behind the door to come back later, but he refused. Or did he burst in like the makeup artist said and after they screamed, don’t come in don’t come in.

One is saying “there must’ve been a knock.” Which doesn’t sound like she is 100 percent certain there was a knock.

They’re all saying that Jamie Heath arrived at the makeup trailer that night. They’re all saying that there was a conversation that took place. No one is disputing that, but they have all reported widely different details and the details really matter here.

I think you are looking to be confused. They all said he knocked, and all three said "no, no, no" or "don't come in" or something to that effect. And then they all testify that he came in anyway, and that Lively asked to do the meeting when she was done, and he said that no, it had to happen now. The also all testified to hurriedly trying to finish their work and to being shaken and uncomfortable afterward, and that moving forward they would lock the makeup trailer door which was an unusual thing to do in that situation.

Blake was asked directly if the trailer door was locked. Since she wasn't near the door and didn't open it, she said "I don't know." Because she can't know if maybe Jamey had a key to the door and unlocked it from the outside to come in or something. She testified to him coming in after knocking, though.

The MUA who said "there must have been a knock" said that because she remembers all three of them telling whoever it was not to come in. She remembers that clearly. She may not remember the knock clearly, but she is thinking that they knew someone was outside and wanted in and that they objected, so there must have been a knock. Again, this is someone being honest about the limitations of their memory. Perhaps Jamey had called out "can I come in" and they all responded. She can't remember if someone knocked or they found out another way that they wanted in, but she remembers distinctly how the three women in the trailer responded.

If you've ever put together testimony from multiple people about the same sequence of events, you'd know this is remarkably consistent testimony. They do not contradict each other. Only Jamey's testimony (saying they said "come in") is inconsistent.

There are some very diligent posters on Reddit who have organized the court documents very nicely and linked to them so people can follow the case closely. I just don’t think we should be dismissing that.
