I would like to believe this trait is confined to those in Texas. But in the interest of caution, I don't assume anything when it comes to my health and well being. It's too important. Health means everything.

The judge has prevented the AG from prosecuting doctors who refer their patients for healthcare out of state.
This law would have prosecuted the doctor in Ohio with the ten year old patient earlier this year. Bear in mind that doctor never performed an abortion, but by simply referring her patient for a legal procedure, she would have committed a crime.
