Venezuela is not a success story. Lots of things happening down there that go unreported in the US media.

If oil prices remain high China will sell a boats more solar, wind, EV cars, EV three wheelers, EV mopeds, EV semi heavy duty trucks, etc.

China will win big from this war and oil shock. This will be the first oil shock where there is a cheaper alternative to oil and it will make a country with no oil reserves energy independent.

Taiwan is in the Chinese zone of Interest. Republicans have said clearly the US has not interest in Asia because it is in the Chinese zone of interest.

I bet the Chinese will coordinate with North Korea. China takes Taiwan and North Korea takes South Korea. The US military could not handle two conflicts let a lone three. Not that Trump would commit US military for Taiwan or Korea. After that it would be a race between China and Russia to invade Japan.
