How is operating nursing homes similar to an insurance CEO using unethical means to deny claims?

Is his family scamming anyone? Or are they providing a needed service to the elderly community? There doesn’t seem to be anything more immoral about this business than any other medical facility. And who exactly was harmed? Are you saying the patients are being unfairly treated in someway? Also do you think his family is raking in billions each year and stock options?

I just don’t see how this is at all the same.

Yes he would. The evidence is insurmountable at this point. It isn’t a jurors job to decide if the crime was ethically justified. Their job is to analyze if there is enough evidence beyond a reasonable doubt for the crime they are charged with
