The “permits for guns is racist and therefore unconstitutional” law will be copycatted as well. SCOTIS will be ruling if NY state gun permits are constitutional and with this SCOTUS, they will rule it’s not. That opens the door for all states to have to drop permits.
Oh, and SCOTUS will rule MS ban on abort after 15 in Summer and with that will effectively overturn Roe w/out explicitly saying they are overturning it.
