apparently tried to get rid of a political rival by sending to the rival's employers fake emails designed to show that the rival was a sex offender.
This guy is pure garbage but he was an elected official. at the end the fact that a guy like that was elected just speaks for the voters.

+1 The amount of illegal stuff that Greenberg had going on that didn’t attract the attention of local or state law enforcement is stunning.
State level law enforcement covered for Epstein. They took Epstein cases away from the local Palm Beach cops and then sat on them. The Feds got involved and then Acosta took over at the behest of national GOP politicos, squashing the court case and giving Epstein a ridiculously lenient plea deal.

The problem now for the FL GOP and their cronies is that the Feds are now involved. If this was just kept among the (extremely corrupt) FL law enforcement community, they could've buried it - just like Matt's DUIs and his dead roommate.
