It’s Loudoun’s wet dream. Problem is they think they’ll have ECNL forever with no end in sight. With their current trend next 2021-2022 will be year 5 of embarrassing underperformance and no changes from their cushy 150k gigs. Hopefully their mortgages are paid off!?
As long as Loudoun continues to finish in the middle of the pack at the older ages and at or near top of younger ages, and BRYC and VDA are in their league, Loudoun has no worries about losing ECNL status. Will FCV fall? Oh, of course. There’s nowhere to go but down when you’re at the top. How far will they fall? That is the question.
