Is that what they changed there name to now after Virginia Union merger? Regardless, I would never say anything bad about our partners now.

Two teams that park the bus and play kick and run. Hard pass.

We played Bethesda last weekend. That is not a kick and run team. The opposite actually. Can’t speak on Loudoun…

Sure you did, Bethesda Dad.

Say whatever you want if it makes you feel better. We’ll beat Bethesda the next time we play after our kids gel some more. Still waiting on you to tell us what team you think is so much better!

Pipeline

A parent complaining about kick and run would NEVER come from Pipeline.

Oh, also it seems you are not part of Loudoun, Bethesda, Pipeline or Virginia Union. Would love to know what club you are at that is so terrific and successful? Thanks!

Maybe, and that is why we don't discuss rankings with our kids. Usually we'll approach the opposing team parents with an over/under and ask if they want to place bets. Our Lord of the Rankings is on standby in case we find out about player injuries, then we'll handicap and finalize all bets.

Chill out homie. Some parents like to know what they are getting into and where to put their expectations for the final result. Last time I checked, not many kids like to lose but if that is your mantra, I'm fine with that and I'm not going to put you down for it.

Youth soccer is nothing compared to Little League football or AAU basketball. When I see people complain about "rankings" I simply assume the PP has probably never played high level organized sports.

You don’t show your kids the rankings? What are you afraid of? LOL.

Kids are generally over the game by the time they reach the parking lot. What they don't like about losing is listening to screaming parents on the car ride home.

Well you probably shouldn’t yell at your kid for losing then. My kid doesn’t get yelled at for either winning or losing, she gets yelled for giving poor effort just like she would if she brought home a poor grade.

There is nothing wrong with winning or trying your hardest to win. I’m not sure who started the trend saying that caring about winning is a bad thing. Probably a loser.
