And you can pay an employee hidden consultant fees in order to depreciate taxable income too. Especially when it's the second First Lady.

That's because you haven't seen the documents he used to value his properties to gain loans. Do you know who has? The NY AG. So getting Trump's taxes will conclusively prove one way or another whether there is bank fraud. The fact that Trump is fighting it so much seems to suggest we will fine something is amiss. Know why? An innocent person wouldn't be fighting this hard.

Except building do depreciate. They do decay and require money to be maintained. You are welcome to throw out a few real world examples to educate us.
