Unlikely given super-boob Elrich

We are amazed at how fast houses are selling in Rockville. I assume it is the low interest rates but everything is going fast.
We just sold a house in Gaithersburg. It sold above ask in a day, and I can assure you that we didn't under-price it. Besides the low interest rates, I think there's very low inventory for this time of the year. It definitely seems like a seller's market right now.

Just because HE is morbidly obese and would probably die from corona doesn’t mean I have to live with the same precautions as he does. Maybe if Marc Elrich could stay home in his own big house instead of insisting of getting all his favorite takeout food the rest of us could go out and live our lives without worrying about breathing on him the wrong way. I do NOT want the government to force me to live MY life at the lowest common denominator as obese people with health problems! Fat and unhealthy people can stay home and spare us the eyesores anyway. Let the rest of us out!
Preoccupied with weight much??
WTF is going on with this thread? Is there a full moon?

Anonymous wrote:So when are we going to Phase 2? Elrich said this week, but hasn’t given any more details.

Anonymous wrote:Is this the 15 to 20 people who made up a "protest" of Montgomery County's pace of reopening, and shouted down Ehrlich during his press conference? You are an embarrassment. Only during a pandemic that calls for social distancing can a handful of malcontents even be called a "protest."
You need to give up your fantasies of royalty. You were not elected into office, Ehrlich was, and he's calling the shots. The vast majority of people who vote are happy with him. Get over yourselves.
