Frankly MoCo reopening confuses me. Elrich has been going oddly slow on lower risk outdoor activities, but how we can have 50% capacity indoor dining?! Like why do we need that right now. Will be interesting to see how many people actually take advantage of that.

We just sold a house in Gaithersburg. It sold above ask in a day, and I can assure you that we didn't under-price it. Besides the low interest rates, I think there's very low inventory for this time of the year. It definitely seems like a seller's market right now.


Lack of inventory. A lot of would-be sellers don't want random people walking through their home.

Keep in mind the housing market was essentially dead for February, March and April, so you'd expect a bump when things open up. May had a lot of sales because April had almost none. I think there's a lot of pent-up demand from losing a couple of those Spring sales months.
