Trump has forfeited any right he ever had to have other people treat him with dignity and respect due to the way he has lived his life. He is reaping the whirlwind he has sewn every time someone insults him.

If his doctor calls him morbidly obese, would that be an insult?

The CDC doesn't even use the term "morbidly obese", so I seriously doubt a doctor would refer to his/her patient that way.
