Anyone whose lived in the south. Happens a lot when your ancestors lived in poverty and had absolutely no mental health treatment.
Source: I from the south. At least half my old friends and family members are either borderline or bipolar, and only about half of those have been officially diagnosed. Used to joke I needed to find a specialized "poor white trash" therapist in DC to help me out.

Or these stupid people could just get the vaccine before they get sick. Because it sounds like delta is contagious enough that if you’re unvaccinated and exposed for any length of time, you’re going to get it. Walking by someone infected (and not yet sick with) got someone sick in the Antipodes. I have two vaccinated friends with breakthrough covid. It’s mild and like a cold but they both lost their sense of taste and smell.
