Just read it. The irony...”Unlike Bethenny, I don’t need to be biting and self-righteous in order to make myself feel better, smarter, or more successful.”
I agree her blogs and tweets are so, so nasty. Far nastier than anything Bethenny said on the show. It makes her look like an ass.
They are nasty and out of character for her - but they don’t top Bethenny. They are just shocking because it’s so out of character for her. Perhaps an indication that Carol finally hit her limit with Bethenny.
I don’t think they are out of character for her. I think that’s her.
Like they are her true self coming through? She’s usually pretty reserved on the show - maybe that’s just her characfer that she plays.

That scene was weird. He was like sing something for me, but then it was like she was trying to make it all sexy and I thought (or assumed) the coach guy was probably guy so I couldn’t understand why she was singing like that. Plus, her voice sucks. All I hear is nails on a chalkboard.
Gay or not (and I agree he probably was), who sings for a non-significant other so close to his face you could kiss him while holding his entire face in your hands and while looking deep into his eyes?
He was into it though, didn't he like growl?
Her singing is SO TERRIBLE, how can anyone take her seriously (and I can't sing, but I'm at least clear on that fact)

The book is about her life and illness so it probably wasn’t something she felt the need to hide.
I actually thought the opposite - her condition leaves her in chronic pain, I thought it might be a pain patch and she intentionally wore a low neckline to give an indication how much she is suffering (that she needs a pain patch.)

My only complaint was that the camera angle was only catching her hair and not her face. Karen Duffy is stunning. I'm old enough to remember her as the face of "Charlie" and an MTV VJ.
Huh. I had to look her up.
Shelley Hack will always be the Charlie girl in my mind. I guess I am even older than you!
