I'm in sales. Money is great, RSUs are even better. Homeownership was within reach. No issues here. I graduated college, looked around at who was balling and it was the sales guys, so i went and did that. Not rocket science.

I bought in my late 20s and never married (now in my 40s) -- best decision ever. You just never know if marriage is in the cards -- better to build some equity.
