I am new to this thread and have to ask, why on earth do you people care so much about Malia? Her personal and academic life have nothing to do with you guys what so ever and it's pointless, childish and gossipy to talk about a child online like this.

The test is definitely NOT mandatory. If you're sick or just decide to skip school that day, you do not have to retake it.

Certainly not. It is a test administered by a private entity. There are no consequences, legal or otherwise, for students who don't take it.

yep, we all know that chelsea took the test because the clintons needed money. Afterall, they were 'dead broke' when they left the whitehouse

That kind of stinks for the other kids selected.


With the gushing publicity that Miss Obama gets about her summer internships, travels etc., it's doubtful that the list would have been embargoed had her name been on it.
