Looking white has lost all meaning at this point.

She has my favorite celebrity street style but she isn’t the best on red carpets
Not sure if she has a stylist or if she picks her clothes herself but she has good taste . I see why she caught George’s eye.

She is all that and more, pretty, stylish, educated, smart, successful etc etc but she dresses and acts like a young escort. However, I don't know her and this is an observation based on looking at few random still photographs.

I doubt she identifies as white.
I have no idea how she identifies, but Lebanese people seem generally to consider themselves white.
Yes . If the name George Clooney was on a reservation for a Beirut restaurant or hotel suite, it would’ve been assumed it’s a Lebanese man. George is a common name among Christians , and Cloony sounds Lebanese .
Her name however is Amal Alamuddin which is definitely not an Anglo name . Despite being raised a Brit, her parents gave her a super old fashioned and very Arabic first name Amal. Not even an Arabic name that’s global like Leila or Aliya or Aida or Sarah or Norah. But Amal..
Amal is a grandmother name. It means nope but it’s usually not a name someone with a whitewashed family would name their kid . I doubt Amal was raised to identify as white for this reason. Given the last name, an Anglo conscious family would’ve named a more global first name
People can be "raised to identify" as sofa cushions (and that makes about as much sense as anything else these days) but someone of mixed Lebanese and especially Druze heritage is going to be very obviously white. The Levant is white. "Whiteness" is misidentified with Europe alone.
Someone raised white doesn’t have the name Amal Alamuddin.
There’s no evidence she identifies as white. She probably thinks she’s in an interracial relationship with George.
The only reason people want the Levant to be white is so Jesus can be white
No it is because we have eyes. They are manifestly white by every observable measure of physical characteristics.
The lines you draw have no basis in observable reality.
Amal Clooney doesn’t look white . She is a brown person . She can pass as Mexican or Asian or Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander -anything but white .
How is a Middle Eastern white per US census but Latinos and Asians are non white ?
The Levant borders Asia and Africa you know. If you go to any country in the Levant (Lebanon, Jordan, Israel, Palestine), they don’t look white .
Turks don’t look white either
This is baffling to me, too. I agree that she doesn’t look white. Middle Eastern people don’t look white to me, either.

Yes I think she is pretty.
Gen Z complains a lot about how high beauty standards are these days thanks to social media. I've seen women I believe are beautiful point out that they will never be considered anything more than a 4 since they are being compared to instagram models. It's sad to see that this is apparently not just a Gen Z thing; boomers, gen X, and millennials have apparently adopted extremely high beauty standards as well.

Omg who cares.
She’s smart and accomplished . That makes her pretty.
This statement doesn't prove out at all. There are thousands of bright women who are notable in their industries, and that has nothing to do with being pretty. Maybe you meant attractive.
