That's at every club. Coaches has favorite players. This is not unique to VRSC. you'll find out at your new club.

This is all dumb, of course coaches like teachers have favorites. A lot of times it's the kid or kids that make their job easier; if you have a kid that you don't have to remind over and over again the same concepts they've gone over in practice and been told in games of course they'll be preferred. If you have a kid that puts time in outside of practice, that is locked in at practice and not goofing off then yes they'll be a favorite. There's also going to be the negative examples of favoritism pointed out here but hopefully parents are aware enough of the difference between the two.
