That's exactly why we didn't even tour this one. It looks great, but it is basically the same configuration as our current townhouse, just with larger rooms.


There’s almost no windows in the basement. For me, that a dealbreaker

That's exactly why we didn't even tour this one. It looks great, but it is basically the same configuration as our current townhouse, just with larger rooms.

It reminds me a lot of the house by in-law's bought when they were downsizing to live near grandkids. It would also work really well for DINKs.


It's the same model that my friend grew up in a few blocks from there. It's decently big, especially if you count the basement. The main bedroom could easlly be divided into an office and bedroom or an office could be in the basement.
